The staff, in every position that we had contact with was very friendly. The only neg was we were there close to three hours. I understand though, Dr Pavilack, is very knowledgeable and personal.
Dr. Pavilack is an excellent ophthalmologist. He is very kind and took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was going on with my eyes. He answered all of my questions and gave me several recommendations for things I can do to improve my eye health. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated his caring, professional approach. I highly recommend Dr. Pavilack to anyone looking for an attentive and knowledgeable eye doctor.
