Mark is a nice guy. Unfortunately that doesn't make him a good lawyer. I would have switched lawyers mid process if it wouldn't have delayed the proceeding. I did not feel that my case and my needs were a priority to Mark. When we met, he would spend a lot of the time talking about his other cases or his personal life, on time for which I was billed. Did not listen to what I wanted. Would not request custody of my children. Charged $4500 for three weeks representing me and for two of those weeks he was on vacation. Do not hire.
