Very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good. Great experience from start to finish
Worst experience ever from the front desk. They never called medicine in and hung up on me when I tried to fix situation the day before surgery. Then instead of letting me speak to the Dr or manager they canceled my appointment that was scheduled for months. All because they forgot to call in prescription and tried to blame the pharmacy. I would recommend Dr. Szakaly instead!
I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental surgery! They are compassionate, efficient and friendly. Explaining options and aftercare and following up to make sure things are still going well. Dr. Carson and his team were absolutely fantastic! From the administrative staff up front to the assistants in the back, they have it covered. While dr Larusso was absolutely amazing, I was met with an extreme lack of empathy and compassion by his staff. I had emergency surgery and had to cancel the day before my dentist appointment. Following that, I had a series of unfortunate events with my 2 year old son being placed in and out the ICU so here I am a year later trying to get scheduled in.
