I feel that I am serving as a health advisor to may patients and that we work together as a team to optimize the health of that individual and their family. I strive to listen carefully so that I can determine which medical tests are necessary, if any, to help in the diagnosis and management of that patient's particular condition. I focus on prevention and health maintenance with a long-term vision in mind.

Thorough, patient, genuinely interested in hearing you
Excellent primary care physician;listens to patients, is responsive to needs, and discusses likely diagnoses in detail. He and his staff work well with kids as well as adults. His office has consistently been very responsive and helpful when we've had moderately-urgent (e.g., a sick kid) appointments. A great doctor for families and individuals alike!
Would never return. Doesn't resolve issues with staff. Communication with patients should be #1 priority, not the last. Doesn't listen to all symptoms before sending patient for expensive tests, instead tells patient to come back with follow up appointment to further evaluate.
Dr. Kropf takes the time to listen to the patient and uses his incredible expertise to formulate a diagnosis. He succeeded in diagnosing my daughter's congenital issue where several visits to her pediatrician and the emergency room failed to identify her problem.
