From the first step into the office you are greeted warmly and cared for. Dr. Mark is always willing to spend extra time to answer questions (and I always seem to have a few). Only six weeks in and I've noticed a remarkable improvement in both my internal and external well being. Thank you Dr. Mark, you're a blessing.
I have to do a shout out to one of the best chiropractors I know. I met Dr Mark at the Armada fair back in 98’ and my ex husband told me not to bother seeing him, I didn’t listen and I had him do an evaluation on me. He told me about my scoliosis (which I knew I had but didn’t know how severe) and he talked with me for awhile. For many years, I have had migraines, pain in my neck/shoulders and arthritis pain in my hands. My husband was healing from Sciatic, with Dr. Kinnard’s adjustments, so I was hopeful that he could help me. I am excited to now be able to bowl, pain free and I rarely get any headaches. My neck and shoulders are a lot better, when I remember to do my strengthening exercises. With gentle adjustments, exercises and vitamins, to replenish my depleted system, I am enjoying life again.
