Dr. G has been wonderful, I have been his patient since 2012 he's thorough, explains things well, and I'm glad that he is my Cardiologist.
Dr. G performed surgery on my husband when he was brought to the emergency room, suffering from what is known as “the widow maker” heart attack. He was able to save my husband’s life, and I’m very happy to say that he has been doing wonderfully ever since.
Dr. Grabarczyk, Dr. G, is an excellent Cardiologist. I met him for the first time when I was in the ER at St. Francis. I had never had heart issues before. He was kind and compassionate with a sense of humor. I was admitted and had to have a procedure the next day that Dr. G was performing. The next morning he came into my room and said he was having a colleague perform the procedure as he was so busy with other patients. A family member was sent to Dr. Grabarczyk for congestive heart failure. He was told he needed to lose an unspecified amount of weight before he could have surgery. He was sent home without any reference for rehab to get him prepared for surgery. He was so weak, he was physically unable to make 2 appointments, received no recommendations at a 3rd, was sent home again, and ended up hospitalized for a collapse. No follow up. No aide. No recommendations. Totally unacceptable treatment of a patient.
I couldn't ask for a more caring doctor. Always explains things to me. NEVER have I been to his office or in the hospital and felt like he was rushing to get finished. His knowledge and kind spirit makes him the great doctor he is.
Dr. G. Is that rare kind of Dr. Who seems to genuinely care about your health. I've never had an experience there where I haven't felt like we were a priority. When we show up, they are ready for us quickly and we never wait long in the room. The staff is always outstanding to us! Best heart Dr. Around!
