Not very compassionate, especially with my youth children I’ve noticed. He lacks manners and I saw him give my daughter a dirty look and ignore my daughter when she asked him a question about her braces. And it really worries me that he is face-to-face with youth so much, and he should be working to make them feel comfortable in his office not talked down upon.

Excellent doctor, excellent staff. Highly recommend, you could not find anyone better.

The entire staff is extremely kind, attentive and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Fayek loves visiting the office, and looks forward to the next appointment. What makes Dr. Garlington's office different than many others, is the creative games, contests and themes that everyone puts out. My son recently won a $50 gift card for winning the furthest summer vacation contest. Love it :)- Can't wait until final results

Thank you very much for recognizing that I needed immediate care and for accommodating me on your post-holiday schedule. I couldn’t say in words how much I truly appreciate what you’ve done.
Dr. Mark Garlington is the best! He is generous and truly cares about his patients. His staff is exceptional. The front office was so accommodating when making appointments. Always so caring and ever so friendly. Dr. Garlington did the braces for my two sons and Invisalign for me, we couldn't be more happy with the smiles he gave us!
