Everything was so convenient . Customer service is excellent . All questions answered in a timely manner.
The office works like an oiled machine. So efficient and friendly. Dr. Frankel continues to be amazing and his assistant was precise and spot on with my cortisone injections. They both took time to discuss my concerns, diligently responding to my questions.
I was upset when I was told I had to wait an hour. I appreciate that you a doctor to see me. I saw Jeff who is a PA. I was very pleased with him and I would like to see him again next time I come. And there will be next time.
Dr Frankle and Dr Schmitt were both very informative and helped ch me make important decisions regarding my messed up shoulder.
