Eight years ago Dr. Burt addressed a knee issue. I was thoroughly impressed with his medical care, surgery performance and my issue was resolved. Now, I have pain in my knee (not related to the issue eight years ago), and I had no doubt that Dr. Burt would be an excellent source for information and for surgery if needed. Highly recommend Dr. Burt for anyone with knee pain.

Mark was the most terrible “Dr” , I have ever had an encounter with. He was so rude and had an attitude my whole visit. I will never ever go back to him, and I don’t recommend him to nobody else. Some kind of “Dr”. I waisted my time, energy and money just for a bad experience.
I visited Dr. Burt yesterday at his Wake Forest office, and I had an excellent experience. He was attentive, patient, and very kind, and he explained everything thoroughly. I was experiencing intense thumb pain, so he took X-rays and clearly explained the cause as well as my treatment options. I especially appreciated that he did not pressure me when discussing surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Burt to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
Dr. Burt and the entire Wake Forest EmergeOrtho staff are first class. Very efficient and friendly folks. Easy to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Burt for your knee and shoulder problems.
