The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? They were average

Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
