I had an appointment at the Lake forest office today. They either want you to leave a credit card on file or $100 deposit before the Dr. would see you. They told me this was a corporate policy. This is what happens when corporate buys medical practices. They lose the human touch. They really need to rethink this policy. I have been in healthcare for 38 years, and would never think of doing this to my patients.I ended up walking out without seeing Dr. Berk
I have been going to see Dr Berk since I was 14. So for 26 years?! Well Dr Berk is my only trusted Dermatology. He's pure kindness, pure human and no one beats him.
