Turned into affordable rentable apartments. The room I stay in is quaint. It's not grand or anything. But it's home. The management are nice people, very friendly and professional. Location wise. It's definitely different. Has it's quirks. I recommend this place for people who don't have alot of money and need a home.
Edit this place is now an apt complex. Lmao I guess that means I have rights as a tenant now. Which means video doorbells and cameras on my door. This was a much better and longer review but things changed drastically and I am extremely angry over it. The management is great, that's it tho.
The place is starting to get very worn out and run down especially on the non office side, occasionally bed bugs and roaches
