The place is starting to get very worn out and run down especially on the non office side, occasionally bed bugs and roaches

Not bad, it's one of the safer motels. They actually don't allow people to just go in and out like other motels do. The Staff is excellent, top notch, friendly and they care about their customers/residents. People they do not recognize they will immediately remove them from the property. It helps a lot with safety of this property and the people who stay here. It's highly appreciated since Broadway between Pawnee and 21st Street isn't safe to walk down alone or after dark. Just called today may 14 at 7:35 talked to a gentleman was VERY disrespectful cut me off when I was talking to him the other people that work there are cool and respectful but due to this man I will not recommend coming here
