I've lived here many years, & all I can say is that this place went down hill due to not having real management here. The Mark 70 used to be a very nice place to live, now we have no real maintenance or real management people. The people running the show will only help the people they are buddies with (sad). The pool area has been another problem due to the (Porta Potty) they provide us is absolutely disgusting! I've witnessed people walking from the The Grand using it like it's a public bathroom. We purchased our condo at Mark 70 Condominiums in Cherry Hill in September, and we absolutely love living here. The community offers wonderful amenities, including a heated pool, pickleball courts, and charcoal grills that make it easy to enjoy the outdoors and connect with neighbors. I moved here September / October 2025 as a part time resident on the 6th floor. The management, 24/7 security, maintenance staff, package and mail systems, building camera system and most importantly residences really make living here great! I look forward to being a full time resident later this year!
it's a lovely place recently maintenance told me that the plumbing is too old to repair. Ha lnvest $200,000 in a condo that is too old when the plumbing might explode on you at any minute be my guest.
