We purchased our condo at Mark 70 Condominiums in Cherry Hill in September, and we absolutely love living here. The community offers wonderful amenities, including a heated pool, pickleball courts, and charcoal grills that make it easy to enjoy the outdoors and connect with neighbors. I moved here September / October 2025 as a part time resident on the 6th floor. The management, 24/7 security, maintenance staff, package and mail systems, building camera system and most importantly residences really make living here great! I look forward to being a full time resident later this year!
it's a lovely place recently maintenance told me that the plumbing is too old to repair. Ha lnvest $200,000 in a condo that is too old when the plumbing might explode on you at any minute be my guest.
