I saw Dr Tsutsui for a consultation, and she was very thorough in doing x-rays and assessing my situation. I appreciate that I didn’t feel pressured when she was explaining her recommendations. I’ve come for 2 visits and the wait times were very reasonable (less than 15mins), and I didn’t feel rushed when I was being seen. The staff is friendly and on top of things.
Our family had an incredibly awful experience with Marjorie Tsutsui. I have never written a negative review for a healthcare professional and felt that it was a must after our daughter's experience. Our daughter went to this orthodontist for her Phase 1 treatment at 8 years old. Not only does Tsutsui discourage parents from going into the back with their children right off the bat, but her bedside manner is awful. Everyone from Dr. Tsutsui to her entire team is wonderful. They offer personalized service, excellent communication, and the front office is super organized. The office is very accessible with easy parking. Both my sons are patients and we are very happy!
We had a terrible experience with this orthodontist. My son had his braces with Marjorie Tsutsui, and he hated going there, whenever he broke his brackets, she was upset and really gave him a hard time, even when we agreed to pay for it. Just a bad experience. They also did not get the insurance claim on time so we had to pay an additional $1200 out of pocket. We’re just glad to be done with this orthodontist. I cannot recommend this dentist.
