Everyone from Dr. Tsutsui to her entire team is wonderful. They offer personalized service, excellent communication, and the front office is super organized. The office is very accessible with easy parking. Both my sons are patients and we are very happy!
We had a terrible experience with this orthodontist. My son had his braces with Marjorie Tsutsui, and he hated going there, whenever he broke his brackets, she was upset and really gave him a hard time, even when we agreed to pay for it. Just a bad experience. They also did not get the insurance claim on time so we had to pay an additional $1200 out of pocket. We’re just glad to be done with this orthodontist. I cannot recommend this dentist.
