Dr. Yang is very skilled and kind. Her medical assistants/staff are also very professional. I will continue to use her as my provider. Some areas for improvement: this is a smaller issue but I had given my insurance information at a previous check in and at a recent visit. They seemed a bit confused and attempted to collect a copay when none was due but corrected the error when I spoke up. Another area is getting an appointment to begin with. It is often hard to reach them to schedule.
I really like Dr Yang, she is very knowledgeable and she talks to you like you are a person, and talks to you where you can understand.
I have had a very respectful visits each time I've gone!
