The staff not only did not answer my questions, they barely gave me any information whatsoever. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I still can't believe that I've been going there for a really long time and they still can't even remember my name. They treat me like I'm just another number instead of an actual person. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Every time I'm there, I have to re-explain to them my circumstances and why I'm there. It makes me feel like they don't really care about me or listen to me. I wasn't impressed with them at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
