My name is A’meek Floyd & I was a new patient in this doctor’s office. For my first visit I had the pleasure of being seen by the PA, Hoda. She was phenomenal! She actually cared about my concerns & didn’t over talk me or brush off my concerns. She pretty much restored my faith in modern day healthcare. The girls in the front office were really sweet & Dr. Chegounchi came in just to introduce herself. I love the energy of that office. Hoda is helping me get my health on track & I’m so grateful.

UPDATE: Dr Chegounchi, your response to my post below is just a generic response. When I reached out to your office to schedule a phone call / appointment with you, to discuss some issues that I was having and I wanted to speak with you directly, a week later, I received a call from your office CANCELING me as a patient, WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION FROM YOU, THE DOCTOR!!!! You could have given me the common courtesy and given me a phone call. Your front staff new or old are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They need to learn how to talk... read more

This office has been flagged and because of this they treat anyone with medication that “will cause them to loose the license” like a drug addict. if you don’t want to feel like a drug addict by these doctors don’t go here. I’m working on finding a better place.

From the very first visit back in May 2023 they said they were not part of the network I am currently with. I haven't been able to see a doctor for personal reasons and recently they send me a text message telling me I needed a check up and I call and they tell me that I needed to change networks if I wanted to continue seeing the doctor...that was about 2 weeks ago. I called my insurance today and the lady I spoke with was nice enough to call for me to see what's going on and sure enough she said they told her the same thin... read more
