My sister and I organized a fly in anniversary for my parents 50th and the dinner plan was my task. I could not have done any better than with the team at Casa Nova. I had excellent communication on meal plan, add on's, associated costs and suggestions. The food arrived on time and Chef took the time to show us how to keep items warm until dinner and how to get the stuffed chili's out and onto the plate intact. Can I just say wow! We ate Casa Nova's Thanksgiving dinner and it was absolutely amazing. I loved every bit of it. Food was five star restaurant worthy!
If you’re looking for a very unprofessional and rude catering company Eduardo is your guy! Well the food was good he isn’t worth the trouble. The way he treated my parents at our wedding was very aggressive and rude. He only cares about his money and not about how he treats his customers. Friends of ours from New York who run a very successful catering company were disgusted by his actions and have never seen someone interrupt the middle of a wedding for money. I was lucky to attend a beautiful wedding that Casa Nova Custom Catering served last night. The food was delicious and served in elegant style. Service was excellent, well organized and stylish. They also did a great job accommodating dietary requests. I would hire them in a heartbeat for my event needs.
