Do not waste your time here! I went despite hearing negative experiences and decided to give them a chance—unfortunately, it was a mistake. It seems the positive reviews are from long-time patients, because new patients are clearly not treated the same. I waited over 2 hours, and the procedure I was told I would receive was never done. I am extremely disappointed with this office. My experience was not just unprofessional—it was deeply disrespectful and upsetting. From the first visit, I was treated poorly by the same staff member who was the only person present. I initially tried to be understanding, thinking maybe they were having a bad day. From the time I walked in I was greeted very nice my first time there and the dr showed and made me feel very comfortable explaining to me everything that was never said to me by other doctors. I highly recommend this office
