Very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Estrada’s office. I arrived on time and was told that I was actually ten minutes late and they have a 5 min late arrival policy. I drove 30 mins to my appointment with my 3 month old baby only to be told that I would need to reschedule my appointment. Regardless, I would have had to wait in the waiting area so I would not recommend scheduling an appointment with a doctor that lacks compassion and understanding of her patient's circumstances.
