$6 to park for 2 hours? Too expensive. And the pay machine gave me trouble and only took credit.
Very good spot to park when you go visit the aquarium, prices are so high though… Paid $8 for 3 hours!
We lost our ticket as soon as we parked, I told the employee immediately and asked if we could get a replacement ticket but they insisted we would have to pay the lost ticket fee ($25). We were there about an hour so instead of paying the lower rate, we had to pay $25. Terrible customer service.
Waited 10 minutes to pay for parking at the kiosk because there was only one machine. Paid at 14:23 and was told we have 20 minutes to exit. It's 14:52 now and I'm still waiting on the 3rd floor in a line of cars to exit. Never thought I'd have to read reviews on a parking garage before I used it. Avoid this garage.
