I was directed to this place from mosquito magnet when my battery broke. While Duncan is polite, he is sometimes hard to get a hold of. When you do get a hold of him, there are repeatedly promises about getting something done for you (ie, sending me a battery), which he doesn't end up doing. You basically have to chase him around endlessly only to either be ignored, or to get polite broken promises. It's extremely frustrating. I wasted 2 weeks. The most interesting establishment I’ve visited recently. Lots of mosquito control products including mosquito magnet supplies and taxidermy. So many interesting animals on display. Very friendly service from a young man.
Called Duncan, was quoted a price. Called several times after to place order and shipping, left several messages. Did not return calls after several days. Finally placed order on-line. Truly the poorest customer service, I'm hoping the product is what it says it is and have no issues with it. If you are interested in the product I suggest you go on line and place your order and not waste your time dealing with Duncan.
