This place is AWFUL! Shuttle from the airport is at THEIR convenience. We had free breakfast, but when we went dow stairs we were told the chef decided to leave early. Tvs on the room don't work. Nowadays I dont need a tv but why put it there if it doesn't work??? Also when I called the front desk about it, the guy said "sorry bossylady". I asked nicely To top it off I asked about a shuttle to the cruise port. It took forever and AFTER we boarded, they decided to tell us about the $20/person fee...for 2 2 minute ride. Can’t even get anyone on the phone to answer a simple question
The rooms are modern and bright and the pillows were comfy. This hotel is close to the airport and a short drive to Los Olas and the beach. Rooms were upgraded however, things were missed. There was a huge water stain over the shower; the water pressure at the sinks was non-existent, like literally a trickle and the AC would only cool at 65. If you even moved the temp to 66 degrees it wasn't really cooling. The girl who checked me in was not welcoming however, the other team members were great.
A really nice hotel for the price per night. Bar and restaurant, pool, and freshly renovated rooms. The only thing I can complain about is the showers felt lukewarm, and the air conditioning unit in the room sounded like an old truck rattling down the road.
Older hotel but newish as a Marriott property. Excellent restaurant and bar staff
