Stayed here for one night before a cruise. This hotel is just not conveniently located. The staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t really helpful and didn’t seem to even know much about the area. There aren’t really any restaurants in the area, and I never saw any bartender at the bar. You will have to Uber everywhere from here. I will say the option to book a cruise port shuttle for $20 was nice. The room itself was clean, and the hallway was quiet. Save your money and time. Find another hotel! The rooms have been re done but not well. The service at the bar/restaurant is horrible!
Front reception night staff, not to bright and unwilling to fix our room mixup. Kinda hard to stay with a third person and only given a king bed.
Soft comfortable pillows. Great service at the front desk!
Hotel and staff are tired. High price point and little value. You can do better elsewhere for sure.
