This place is disgusting. Avenue living has gone downhill since we moved in and no longer cares about the cleanliness of their units. Within the last 4 months our suite now has cockroaches!! The building is currently infested and avenue living will only spray the unit of those affected not the entire building. These roaches are coming out of holes in the wall and I am disgusted!
