She is not accessible for in person appointment at all. I waited for 2 months to book the in person appointment with her, and even had to schedule to take tim off. On the date of my appointment, 1 hour before the appointment. Someone from Kaiser called me and said that she is not available without explaining the reason why. I called back the number provided, which is the appointment center and they can't even explained to me why. She is unprofessional.
