Enjoy going here I sometimes go here with my co-workers for lunch and we never have any complaints. I will say the salsa could be better seems like tomato sauce sometimes but other that that all is good!
The NEW Marita's! Take the time to check out the new Marita's-recently renovated in the same location, it is a refreshing change of decor from the original pastel-saturated Marita's of old. Walking through a hallway of photographs that depict the evolution of the location as well as downtown Stroudsburg, you enter an open, well lit space that, while a little bit lacking in sound insulation, is clean and welcoming. Not as good as they used to be Maritaâs Cantina has been a part of downtown Stroudsburg for many years. They are in a newly-built complex at the same location. The remodeled restaurant is nice, but a little bland. The only redeeming quality is the use of very large, bold paintings. The whole dining area and bar are in one big room now. I preferred the previous relaxed atmosphere and layout. The booths are uncomfortable. The tables are too close to the narrow benches.
