Dr. Marisa highly recommends been last year to her and today I’m back for immigration matters and front desk good costumer services as well and mostly the Lady looks India she very nice and helpful she give me the address of Pharmacy where we get polio vaccine keep good works guys 👍👍
I made an appointment with her and I never met her . And I still waiting for my results of blood test by the way a month ago.
Pésima atención en el front desk. Ignoran al paciente, no muestran interés ni disposición para ayudar, y no ofrecen soluciones a las inquietudes. Uno llega esperando un trato profesional y respetuoso, pero lamentablemente la experiencia fue todo lo contrario. Definitivamente no volveré ni recomendaré este lugar.
The Nurse practitioner was kind my first appointment. The phlebotomist was also amazing. After this unfortunately, I NEVER received a follow up call for my results. I was referred to get X-rays which were sent to Dr Marissa directly, and they also NEVER cared to follow up with me. If PPO insurances and PVT are preferred, please do not accept other patients if they will be treated differently and poorly.
