Pésima atención en el front desk. Ignoran al paciente, no muestran interés ni disposición para ayudar, y no ofrecen soluciones a las inquietudes. Uno llega esperando un trato profesional y respetuoso, pero lamentablemente la experiencia fue todo lo contrario. Definitivamente no volveré ni recomendaré este lugar.
The Nurse practitioner was kind my first appointment. The phlebotomist was also amazing. After this unfortunately, I NEVER received a follow up call for my results. I was referred to get X-rays which were sent to Dr Marissa directly, and they also NEVER cared to follow up with me. If PPO insurances and PVT are preferred, please do not accept other patients if they will be treated differently and poorly.
Doctor Marissa is nice and friendly. BUT everytime I call they take FOREVER to pick up the call. This is almost every time.
The doctors are good (Doc Marissa and Doc Rhea). the receptionist are unpleasant and not accommodating I believe its Barbara that I have spoke with this morning to cancel my appointment but she is impatient and I dont know what part of canceling the appointment she dont understand. She also dropped the phone on me. Poor customer service :(
Staff is inept. Did not mention proper practice on how to send paperwork then blamed my wife for not reading the wall. Today They forgot to tell her to sign the paperwork and made her come back to waste more of her time. Doctor is great, should consider hiring new staff.
