Absolutely avoid Marissa. She ghosted me for days while I was trying to rent a commercial space, and the price went up while she did nothing. No communication, no professionalism—just total disregard for clients. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not work with her. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent.
I am really very happy with Marissa Kerr expertise. For years I always posted myself for a tennant. But, this time I decided to work with a realtor. Marissa was able to come up with a fair current market price, have a photographer over the same day to take pictures, and get the listing up the next day. Within a week, she had screened people and booked appointments with potential candidates. And I was able to interview with her and choose a tennant. She handed all the details. It was so easy.
