Beautiful store with amazing stylists. Clothing, shoes and jewelry so unique and absolutely stunning! Get your ears pierced while you’re there… it’s free with a minimum jewelry purchase. Barbara is the best at it too!!!
“Luxury? More like elitism.” I walked into Marissa Collections in Palm Beach with a girlfriend, excited to shop. Instead of being welcomed, we were shadowed upstairs by a sales associate who never greeted us and simply watched. We left for lunch planning to return and purchase dresses. When we came back, the contrast was hard to ignore: another customer walked in after us and was immediately greeted, offered champagne, and given attentive service—while we were treated as invisible. Fabulous Customer Service highly recommended
Predatory refund policy. Bought 3 earrings shipped to me as not sure what color I wanted. Need to return 1 and the website will not allow it. Get this, returns of “fine jewelry” (it was $480) must be made by shipping overnight within 24 hours. Will do so today and WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Policy obviously created to take advantage of people (and not flagged at all when checking out). So tacky. Ps go to the designers website to buy where you have consumer rights - you don’t need this lame store.
Completely incompetent team. They messed up on placing an order, and take zero responsibility. Im out thousands of dollars. Never place any kind of order from here!
