They take kittens then they keep them isolated in the basement. Horrible people
Preordered flowers and when husband went to pick them up , they were not ready. I asked for pink hydrangeas was told they will order natural ones. Got spray painted ones…. Did not follow instructions. Never going back. They did not seem to care either and charged more for the spray painted flowers that look fake now. More modello beer cans than good service in that place.

Very rude employee, I was patiently waiting for a bulk order of flowers. I got my order and when I got home, I didn’t get the correct quality amount. I called in advance to informed them the mistake. When I went back the guy helping me was rude and the flowers I was giving as a replacement were very bad quality, they said those were the only ones left. I was charge differently when the initial price from my receipt. I felt like a got scam
