This review is for Mercy Health’s Allergy Department on Rockton- unfortunately I wasn’t able to get as far as seeing the doctor despite a referral. I am incredibly disappointed with my brief experience with this office and their staff. On 3/25/25, I was left a 12 second voicemail from a nurse named Paige simply stating to give the office a call back regarding my referral. 3.5 not good odds . I am going to really miss Dr. Frey. God help us , these reviews are not so encouraging.
Dr. Cook is a very thoural and caring Dr. She spends time listing to your concerns and offers feed back. You can tell when talking to Dr. Cook she cares. Dr. Cook has a very busy practice but if you work with them on appointments they will work with you. The nurses and front desk at the office are top notch you can tell when working with them they care. If you have allergy or astma problems I highly recommend this office
