Friendly service as they pick your pocket. Wanted allergy testing to determine what tree allergy I had. Discovered first visit ($434) was only to schedule testing. Testing took several hours, but instead of testing for tree pollens, they tested for dog & cat. When I asked allergist what those extra (unnecessary) tests would cost, she said, "no idea." Really?? This review is for Mercy Health’s Allergy Department on Rockton- unfortunately I wasn’t able to get as far as seeing the doctor despite a referral. I am incredibly disappointed with my brief experience with this office and their staff. On 3/25/25, I was left a 12 second voicemail from a nurse named Paige simply stating to give the office a call back regarding my referral.
