saw Dr. Medina today for the first time regarding discomfort in my foot after surgery two years ago. She was absolutely wonderful — empathetic, knowledgeable, and effective. Dr. Medina took the time to explain my condition in detail, discussed therapy options, highlighted possible future issues, and suggested preventive measures. She even asked her staff to call a PT office before referring me, just to confirm they accept my insurance. What impressed me most was that, unlike with some other doctors, I never felt rushed. Great experience with both staff and Doctor. The staff is courteous, quick and efficient. The Doctor is very knowledgeable, patient and passionate of her work. She took her time, explained the cause of my issue, provides several solutions and answers my questions and concerns. I recommend this facility and Dr. Medina.
