If I could give Zero stars I would!Make sure that you ask if she is IN NETWORK with BOTH your primary insurance as well as your secondary insurance. I was kind enough not to cancel a follow up appointment because I thought it would be rude. I really did not even have to go. On the second visit she barely looked at my arm and I was charge $101.00!!!!!! This is the first year that I got treated by Dr. Potter; I find her very knowledgeable and conscious
Dr Potter is a wonderful doctor, I'm sure, but I must point out that this office does not use any digital communication channels--no emails, patient portal. So they need to mail a printed copy of any post-visit reports. And they won't mail it to me--the patient. They'll only send it to a doctor. I have a situation that needs to be addressed while I'm out of town and I can't get the information I need to find the doctor I need.
