I have been seeing Dr. Gratch for more than five years now. All my visits have been extremely satisfying. He takes his time to plan an appropriate treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Gratch!
Answers questions and is great at reminding us to use sunscreen. My daughter did not cry during either visit with him...AWESOME! The office is busy catching up on appointments, so he has to work very very fast. I don't feel he rushed treatment.
Took my 90 year old mom to Dr. Gratch. He was absolutely amazing with her.
Everything she recommended costs thousands (filler, lasers, etc.) and the only think that I wanted/made a difference/asked for regarding helping my appearance was a simple ($5) prescription which she wouldn’t give me. I had to go to another (not cosmetic focused) dermatologist. Also very rushed.

Made an appt for a few of what I called skin tags, ended up being something else and he quickly zapped them off. Dr.Gratch is always helpful and easygoing, yet thorough all while doing what he does best. The office is easy access and staff is always awesome to deal with from hello to goodbye.
Horrible doctor! Worst dermatologist in New York City. She told me my acne was stress related (even though I shared I had hormonal stuff), and she misdiagnosed a friend's skin cancer. Stay away from Dr, Engelman.
