Stay away customer service does not exist at this Boutique.

Ellen is rude. I bought a gown months ago and came in today for my fitting.....no seamstress. Apparently she was "very ill" but no one bothered to call me. I called yesterday to push the appointment back a half hour and was told "no problem". She said I had a rather intense reaction.....I thought I was very calm. Never got an apology or a sorry for your inconvenience. I will never shop there again. Too bad because I have a lot of weddings and events coming up. Was there in December with my daughter to find her a mother-of-the-bride gown. Our salesperson was Ellen. She couldn't have been more helpful. She made us feel right at home, and we found the most beautiful red gown for the wedding. This is the second time and second person I have brought to this boutique. They have the best selection of beautiful gowns. I will never shop at another store!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We waited 20 minutes to be measured to order a dress while another customer was being helped by 3 people.

We were in the process of training one of our new associates which unfortunately ended up taking more time throughout the day than we had hoped, and wanted to make sure you had someone with experience to help you with your measurements. Bought my daughter's Junior Prom dress today. The staff and owner go out of their way to help. They really take their time with each and every customer. Lots of dresses to choose from plus, special orders are not a problem. Seamstress on premises makes it very convenient.

I would give you a -0 because you were the rudest/unprofessional people I have ever met! You treated my daughter like complete shit, like we were low class scum. You just missed out on an thousand dollar sale because you treated us so horrible. Never judge a book by its cover. You would think you would be nice since you're a small business, guess we thought wrong.
