John Art was very helpful, informative, and went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. We are currently building and so far, everything has been fairly smooth. We did get pushed back about 2 months due to permitting but we were so amazed to see once they started, they worked their hardest to get it done efficiently and fast- we couldn’t believe seeing them out working on a weekend!! As we patiently are waiting for a closing date, we can’t explain how excited we are to move into our new home at Maris Park!
John Art with Maronda Homes has been outstanding to work with. From the beginning he has responded quickly and always either had the answer or got it right away for us. I would definitely recommend working with him to anyone who is thinking about building a new home. A big thanks to John for taking away so much of the stress we anticipated.
After lots of research, my boyfriend and I reached out to Maronda Homes to get information on the whole process and we were connected with Mara! Buying a house is stressful enough let alone building one but Mara did everything (and still does everything even after the completion of our home) to ease a lot of that stress. She is very resourceful and knowledgeable of the entire process from start to finish.
