Dr. Sendelbach is one of the best, most straight forward doctors I've ever had. There is no beating around the bush, she is direct and honest and all of her follow ups were done personally, not by a message or a staff member. I cannot recommend her expertise enough! After years of tests with different doctors, she was able to pinpoint my symptoms and I was able to finally find relief quickly.
I have been waiting for 3 1/2 months in pain to figure out what’s wrong with me. sendelbach told me to make an appointment for a HIDA scan and so I did. Waited a month for it and the day before the scan and 30 min before her offices closes the hospital calls me and tells me they canceled my HIDA appointment because Sendelbach and her office never sent the pre authorization for the appointment. Horrible bedside manner incredibly dismissive wouldn't even look at you when talking to you. She would not contact you back for tests had to switch to a completely different doctor because she never would set up the tests she said I needed. Would not recommend.
She was rude and dismissive. She literally said there was nothing she could do to help me. She didn’t recommend anyone else to see or even suggest a follow up appointment. I felt like she couldn’t get me out of her office fast enough.
