Would give it a 0 star if possible. As many of the comments have mentioned, we have unfortunately experienced the same. No bedside manners, doctor was on the phone most of the time while we were talking. Did not feel like our qualms were heard, and doctor simply ordered a colonoscopy/endoscopy - and did not even give the results. My PCP did not get access into the results as well and it's been over a month. She also asked me to get my gall bladder test done and she couldn't wait for me to get out of the clinic.

My experience with the office staff has been extremely disappointing and, at times, has felt neglectful. During normal office hours, there is rarely anyone available to answer the phone, and I am repeatedly forced to leave voicemails that often seem to go unanswered. Over the past two weeks, I have been in frequent contact with both my insurance company and specialty pharmacy in an effort to obtain approval for my medication. This doctor is more concerned with co-pays then she is with your health. She invited me to see a different doctor so she doesn't want to see me anymore. Don't go to this doctor.

Worst bedside manner, snickers and rolls eyes at your questions, doesn’t listen to your concerns. She was the on call doctor and when I had to call, she acted completely inconvenienced(after not calling back to 2 call ins) and hung up on me before I was done talking. Said I should get my gallbladder checked but told me to have my primary set it up(even though a gastroenterologist is who is suppose to treat gallbladder issues….which she is). Dr. Sendelbach is one of the best, most straight forward doctors I've ever had. There is no beating around the bush, she is direct and honest and all of her follow ups were done personally, not by a message or a staff member. I cannot recommend her expertise enough! After years of tests with different doctors, she was able to pinpoint my symptoms and I was able to finally find relief quickly.
