This urgent care is closed. I found out yesterday Dec 19, 2019. On that day the clinic affiliated with it still told me I could go there if I wasn't able to come in to see the doctor. I needed urgent care. I am disappointed that the employees either don't know or don't inform people correctly. If on a whim I had not decided to see the clinic doctor, I wouldn't have been able to be taken cared of.

Alert, this place is CLOSED! If they don't answer the phone, don't waste your time driving!

I recently acquired MediCal (Gold Coast) and was assigned this building for my PCP and urgent care. Upon visiting my PCP (Dr. Marks) I told him my primary issue was a history of crippling panic attacks and severe anxiety. He was dismissive and told me to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist (but I didn’t need a referral from him) I scheduled the appointment with the psychiatrist but it was over a month away. Wow! What an amazingly positive experience and friendly and professional staff!! Dr Edwards is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and her support staff really set the bar for customer service! Will return here anytime the need arises and will most definitely be recommending them to friends and family! Couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you!!
