Great place, but difficult to enter. Takes years of waiting on your request & for a tenant to move out. Your income is a large factor in qualifying for a lease. Lots of patience is needed for your lease request to come through.
This sounds like a great place to live at. I have already searched in every area possibly and this place was the only one with 5 star review. I hope I get the opportunity to move in a place like this.

Great place to raise a family. Townhouses come with garage. Playground is new. Lots of space for kids to run and play.
