I have NEVER had a WORSE experience at any clinic of any kind than the experience I had at Mariposa over the 2 years my daughter was a patient with her. Their billing department is entirely inept. God forbid you need to pay for services with ESA (which is what ESA was made for, and which Mariposa touts as an easy option) because it will absolutely be fumbled every single time. My son has received speech and physical therapy through this provider. I believe their therapist are amazing! My son is able to walk now without falling . My son had limited vocabulary, he said maybe 5 or 6 words. Once he started working with his speech therapists his vocabulary grew each week until he was speaking in full sentences! The therapists keep the parents/care givers updated each session on the weekly goals for the child so parents/care givers can continue working with them at home too. Jenna is great. After each session my leg is getting better. I've been to 2 other PT companies and by far Mariposa is the best.
My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Mariposa Therapy Services. My husband enjoyed the physical therapists, especially their expertise and good humor. I appreciated the friendliness and flexibility of Tonya as she scheduled services. The facility itself is maintained well and has a very positive environment. People seem to genuinely like being there. We will not hesitate to use Mariposa again.
I brought my son here when he was about 2 months old for his torticollis. As a first time mom, I was super worried about the whole situation but in just a couple months it was fully resolved. Alison Penas was his physical therapist and she was so kind and helpful in many ways! I highly recommend seeing her if your baby needs any physical therapy.
