Dr. Marisol is absolutely amazing. She's helped me with a great care plan and helped me find great options for treatment. She's either a message away or a call away and always ready to listen and/or answer any and all questions and concerns. I had to fight to get my son the recommended dosage for kids his age. A dosage his new psychiatrist says is the recommended dosage. It was 1/2 of what it should have been. Instead, she increased the dosage for his ADHD medication for his mental illness. Then they kept requesting for me to pay for an appointment that I rescheduled. Then when I paid the copayment for the appointment I attended they applied that payment to the appointment I rescheduled so now I still owed the copayment for the appointment I attended. My experience with Dr. Torres has been not only disappointing but deeply damaging to both my child’s well-being and my family’s stability. What should have been a relationship built on trust, competence, and protecting a vulnerable child instead turned into a series of broken commitments, legal battles, and lasting harm—all because Dr. Torres failed to follow the very standards she put in place.
