I have a very poor experience with this apartment complex. The maintenance is very unreliable, there is a constant issue with homeless people entering the building. The garage doors are constantly broken and it takes them for months to fix it, meanwhile, it opens up a way in for homeless people, for thieves. It is very unsafe to park your motorcycle in the garage and cars get broken into. The elevators often don't work.
