Tyler was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions.
We were very pleased that our concerns were delt with quickly by Martin. He listened to our concerns and helped us to get to a very positive outcome. We look forward to one of the crew coming to help us with programing our new thermostat.
I would have appreciated a more detailed run through of how to use the therostat. I also would have liked to hear my cold heat pump would not be efficient below -4 C before I bought it. The crew was otherwise very courteous and efficient.
