How the present manager is still employed is staggering. It truly is unfortunate that this woman represents Monarch Properties. There have been many valid complaints and more to come..and here she still is. Behaving as if she owns not just the property but Chelsea. Such a beautiful place to live with wonderful owners. I really wish Chelsea would have chosen a different entity. There are many people who have lost their jobs.
