The manager doesn’t tour the unit, at the end of your lease she’ll hit you with all kinds of damage & say dirty but never step foot in the unit. I moved out because the jumped rent from $850 - $1200 but no new renovations or any updates. No insulation, winter � time the unit be cold but your light billed will sky rocket. Mariposa is ridiculous to live at.
