An ungodly amount of roaches, they have been dealing with this and "treating" it for 4 years now to no avail. They are the kind to say "we're getting better" just to get you off their back. Staff is rude, and unresponsive. Don't even try to call them with concerns they never anwser their phone, and you aren't even given the option to leave a voicemail, because it's entirely full of everyone else's calls they are dodging. COCKROACHES live here. Don’t rent here. Listen to these reviews. I wish I would have read them before ever moving there. It’s disgusting. Management was informed of the pest problem and they did nothing about it. They stopped replying to emails after multiple reports. There’s also neighbors who harass you. Reported to management, but they didn’t care. People don’t leash their dogs there and let them chase after you even if you’re terrified that a dog you don’t know is coming after you. Do not move here!!! I stayed here for a year. They have roaches everywhere. The Maintenance team are very unreliable and they make young girls feel extremely uncomfortable in their own homes. Not to mention the property manager kicking me out of my place a month early all because it “looked like I was trying to move my stuff early” they’re extreme unprofessional and they don’t care about the safety of their tenants at all.
