Hi it’s been one year for me as a resident. Congratulations to the two Gentlemen Mr. Brad & Mr Hayward maintenance team , I called them for an issue I had with my AC . They came right away addressed it . l appreciate the prompt response. thanks again guys.
This 5 stars is for the new maintenance man Brad. I’ve been here close to 9 years and my hot water did not work properly, dish washer had a bad smell. Fridge kept going out, for about 8 of the 9 years and he was able to get everything taken care of quickly. I appreciate him
