Mario is extremely unprofessional. Our neighbor paid for our tree to be trimmed/shaped, and we wake up to the tree being cut. We asked if they were going to leave some shade and got a response “yes” but I believe there was a language barrier because the continued cutting. By the time we yelled for them to stop there wasn’t much tree left. Reasonably priced, friendly, & punctual. Not only did they have great communication but the work was great. They got the job done quickly & there was no mess to clean up. They removed our tree from our backyard and cleared the stump all within a few hours!
