I had a very bad experience when mario's would not honor a written estimate. I asked to have the trunks (no branches) of a large dried out black walnut trtee cut up. mario gave me a written estimate of $400. His crew then came and cut down my neighbors trees instead without their authorization and he did not remove the fallen tree as agreed. He then demanded $3500 to remove an already fallen tree (There was no risk as would be the case if they had to cut down the tree. I felt this charge was outrageous given his written esti... read more
