Went to Marios for a roof replacement and was very happy with the services provided. Salesman Dave Hoffman was prompt, communicative, and was very transparent about the challenges and scheduling conflicts that would come with this project. Once the roofers came out everything was done efficiently and with care. Very happy with the services overall.
Mario's roofing was very responsive to our urgent need for help with our leaky roof. Marty and his team came right out and they were able to repair it immediately, costing us much less than anticipated! We weren't expecting them to be able to fix it right then and there, which was another plus! A little bit after the repairs and after some inclement weather had come and gone, it was clear that their work fixed the problem. Working with Marty Webb pre new roof was painless. He clearly explained what would be done. Then once the crew arrived, Jason Marcy, the project manager, kept things going and got both the garage and house roofs done by late afternoon! It was truly amazing to see it done so fast. Their cleanup was impeccable and I highly recommend Mario's and appreciate the attention that Jason gave to us particularly. A pleasure to work with this group!!
My windows arrived around 8:30 am on Feb 25 a t the install crew shortly there after. My9 windows were installed by mid afternoon and the yard and inside the house was all cleaned up. Jose the crew boss showed me how the windows worked. The windows look great and I certainly will use Mario's again. Yesterday Mario's replaced my roof. I couldn't be happier with the results. The project manager Jason Marcy did a great job of explaining each & every step of the process. From start to finish the crew were very professional and made sure all materials were removed. Highly recommend this company!
